Do I have to pay taxes if I don’t live on the Six Nations Reserve?

No.  All visitors to Weken Electronics are eligible to make tax free purchases on all items available for sale.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Interact, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What is you return policy?

Weken Electronics accepts returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging within 7 days of the purchase date when accompanied by the original receipt.  All refunds will be issued as an in-store credit in the form of a Weken Electronics gift card.  There are no refunds or exchanges accepted on all cell phones, phone cards, gift cards, used games, or gaming systems. Some items are covered under their original Manufacturer’s warranty – see in-store for details.

What is your trade-in policy for games?

Games for trade-in must have their original case with the exception of GBA games.  Games must be in good working order and reasonable condition for trade-in.  Weken Electronics has the right to refuse any game trade-in based on stock levels, title, condition, or age of the game.  Sporting edition games for the years of 2006 and earlier are not eligible for trade-in.  Trade-ins will only be accepted from people 16 years of age or older with proper identification and photo id.  Only store credit will be issued for trade-ins.  Trade-in values are subject to change at any time without any notice.  Please note that if we find the game is not in working condition you will be contacted and game will be returned to you and your store credit will be revoked.  Any games that originally came with accessories must be returned with the accessories and the buyback value will be determined at the time of trade-in.

What if an item is not in stock or on back-order?

We do not offer rain cheques for sales items but we would be more than happy to notify you when your requested product is in stock.
